2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only for services that fall within the service evaluation period and meet the following criteria: a. The service was paid for in full. b. The cancellation request is made within the service evaluation period. c. The cancellation request is in compliance with our cancellation policy.
3. Refund Process: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will initiate the refund within 30 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
